  • $65/Session (1hr)- 2Day/Week Minimum

    Customized training designed specifically for you in South Fremont/ Warm Springs area. Every client receives a program uniquely crafted to align with their goals, preferences, and current abilities. Programs are structured in 4-6 week blocks and are refined continuously based on progress made and areas requiring further development or fine-tuning.

  • $225/4 Weeks

    Personalized 1-on-1 online training delivered through the Trainerize Platform. This option is ideal for those seeking the benefits of in-person training but are unable to meet physically. Clients can workout at anytime at their convenience, as workouts are structured with tutorials and descriptions. (For more information of how Trainerize is used, please refer to the “Trainerize” tab or contact me for help)

    Clients receive fully customized programs tailored to their specific goals, preferences, and current abilities. Training blocks are structured in 4-6 week cycles and are continuously refined based on progress and areas needing further development.

    At the end of each block, I connect with clients for a detailed review, discussing successes, areas for improvement, and addressing any questions or concerns to ensure the program remains effective and aligned with their needs.

  • In-Person Training sessions +$50/4weeks

    This hybrid approach combines 1-on-1 In-Person Training with Online Training, providing clients with a personalized structure in both formats. This dual support system accelerates progress and boosts confidence every step of the way.

  • $60/Month

    Your one-stop shop for all things health, fitness, and wellness, powered by Trainerize. I offer a diverse range of products, including Master Programs designed for all members. These programs allow members to follow the same workouts while progressing at their own pace, with Trainerize tracking and logging each session. Similar to 1-on-1 programs, Master Programs run in 4-6 week blocks, ensuring well-rounded training throughout the year. Additionally, On-Demand programs provide variety and extra structure to help members meet their specific priorities.

Terms and Conditions for Training Services

-All 1-on-1 training is billed every two weeks, with the exception of the Hybrid Add-on.

-In-person sessions never expire, even if a session or week is missed. All sessions can be rescheduled and completed at a later date, encouraging consistent, long-term progress.

-In-person sessions are the client’s responsibility to reschedule if missed. Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be refunded, but we encourage rescheduling at a convenient time in the future, as sessions do not expire.

-Clients must notify at least 1 calendar day before a missed session to qualify for rescheduling. Sessions canceled same day may not be eligible for makeup.

-While all 1-on-1 sales are final, we are committed to finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

-Refunds for “Paradox Membership” apply only to the most recent payment and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

-Clients may pause or cancel their 1-on-1 training at any time. However, to promote program commitment and consistency, resuming 1-on-1 training will require a minimum wait period of two months following the pause or cancellation. Exceptions may be made in the case of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, subject to review.

Time Off and Payment Policy

I understand the importance of consistency in your training journey, and I strive to ensure you have continued access to support. In order to maintain a healthy work-life balance, I do occasionally schedule time off. However, to ensure uninterrupted service and avoid pauses in your program, payment will continue as scheduled during these periods. Missed sessions due to my time off will not require a pause on services and can be rescheduled for a convenient time within the future.

This policy allows me to continue offering quality training while respecting your time and progress. I am committed to making sure missed sessions are promptly rescheduled, keeping you on track to meet your fitness goals.

*All 1-on-1 clients receive complimentary access to the Online Group Membership.

*All 1-on-1 clients (in-person or online) receive a free nutritional consultation (30-minute call or email) with nutritionist Lucie Villeneuve after sign-up.

*Online Training clients have unlimited training sessions programmed each week.

*All clients and members are encouraged to ask questions and send training clips immediately if there's any confusion or concern about training, technique, form, programming, etc. The sooner we address these issues, the smoother and faster your progress will be.

*Even those who are not currently Clients or Members, I am happy to help with any questions you may have regarding training, form, technique, etc.
