With the Paradox Membership, members and 1-on-1 clients gain access to multiple training programs, form tutorials, direct guidance, and much more. Powered by the Trainerize app, this membership combines convenience with impactful health benefits, enabling workouts anytime, anywhere.

Programs and workouts are designed to be straightforward, easy to follow, and consistently updated to help you build diverse skills and physical qualities year-round. With a growing library of Master Programs (and On-Demand programs!), there's always something new and exciting to explore and achieve.

What is included in the Paradox Membership:

  • Members can choose and be assigned to programs on an ongoing basis. These programs are consistently updated every 4-6 weeks to ensure continuous progression throughout the year. Clients are assigned to one Master Program at a time, but they have the flexibility to switch programs at any time, based on their evolving needs and goals.

  • These programs and workouts are designed as stand-alone options, yet can seamlessly complement Master Programs. They are always available to members, providing added variety and tailored options for those aiming to target specific areas of improvement.

  • Each workout includes form tutorials for every exercise, delivered in a clear, efficient format with simple, effective cues to quickly master proper technique. This ensures less time spent figuring out exercises and more time focused on making progress and achieving results.
    Form Tutorials (from past and present workouts) will always be accessible to all members and will be continuously updated. This provides members with a never-ending expansion of an exercise library for members to utilize.

  • Similar to a group training class, many members will engage in the same or comparable workouts, as everyone has access to the same programs. The Main Group Chat serves as a dynamic space for connection—members can ask questions, share insights, offer feedback, and learn from each other’s experiences. After all, the exchange of perspectives is key to continuous growth and learning!
